The Taormina Arte Sicilia Foundation presents a unique exhibition, an exciting artistic display celebrating the eclectic talent of Taormina-born Alessandro Florio, a prominent contemporary artist. In the intimate setting of the Casa del Cinema, colours, forms and concepts come together harmoniously in Florio’s creative universe. The whole circuit of production is fueled by attraction. Attraction drives choices, it is a magnet, it is the mother of flourishing. Overuse of detail is the enemy, exaggeration hides purity. The works have no preparatory draft, everything is born in the moment trying not to contaminate the emotional instinct that leads him to paint.
